About Fiona

Founder, Coach & Creator of ellespring

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of strategy, growth, and purpose — helping people and businesses unlock their potential. Before founding ellespring, I built my career across three continents — starting at McKinsey & Company, earning my MBA from Stanford, and spending over a decade in leadership roles at high-growth consumer tech companies in New York, Silicon Valley, and Europe.

My background is in business, but my passion has always been people — specifically, helping women step into their full professional expression. While at The Women’s College, I majored in Psychology. Then at Mckinsey, I created the firm’s Women in Leadership program, now a global program still running 15 years on. Alongside my corporate career, I trained in the Co-Active Coaching method, drawn to its balance of intuition, action, and authenticity.

Over time, I' found myself increasingly drawn to conversations that went deeper — about meaning, creativity, freedom, and the quiet discontent that can come from “success” that doesn’t feel like you. I know that experience firsthand. I’ve reinvented my career more than once, moved across countries (twice), and learned how to build businesses from the ground up.

My work through ellespring is devoted to helping women activate the next chapter of their work lives — ones that bring together purpose, prosperity, and personal freedom. I believe we’re entering a new era of work — one where women no longer need to choose between fulfilment and financial success, between ambition and ease. With the rise of technology, flexibility, and creative entrepreneurship, the possibilities have never been greater.

ellespring was born to help women seize this moment — with clarity, confidence, and community.
